DANC 340 Teaching Dance I This course is a broad overview of teaching dance, covering both creative and technical skills as they are taught to diverse student populations. In this class students will plan and present material to their classmates and to a population outside of class. Students will observe teachers at work, discuss various methods of teaching and prepare materials for teaching job applications.
